What to expect

  • Professional and organisational management of a team of 2 employees with own operative cooperation
  • Competent support of the product area electronic pressure switches and pressure transmitters
  • Development of circuit concepts in analog and digital technology up to series production
  • Execution and evaluation of tests (including prototypes and pre-series samples) in our own laboratory
  • Interface coordination to production, QA, customers and suppliers
  • Close cooperation with the division management

What we expect

  • You have a degree in electronics / electrical engineering / mechatronics or a comparable qualification
  • You will bring with you knowledge and many years of practical experience in the development of hardware and software for sensors, in the programming of microprocessors and in the design of circuit concepts.

  • Permanent optimisation of the process organisation and work processes
  • Authentic, convincing management and promotion of the subordinate employees, systematic personnel planning and participation in new hires Planning and implementation of automation solutions
  • Close cooperation with all relevant departments

What we expect

  • You have a solid technical education and training (engineer, master craftsman) in the field of mechanical and electrical engineering / electronics as well as several years of management experience in the field of assembly / production
  • Knowledge and practical experience in the field of automation would be a plus
  • You have the ability to lead, guide and develop employees in a clear, goal-oriented and at the same time calm and with sensitivity
  • You combine a structured working style with a high demand for your own performance
