Small switches - excellent "Performance"
The SUCO “Performance”-series was designed to satisfy the needs of our customers, demanding compact electronic pressure switches for large-scale use as well as customized solutions.
The switches and transmitters can be adjusted from 0 to 250 bar and offer an overpressure safety up to 375 bar. With these products SUCO completes its range of electronic pressure switches and transmitters, which now includes a wide range of different sensor technologies, connectors and designs. The high-precision measuring cells are based on ceramic sensors in thick film technology, that can, depending on the sealing material, withstand temperatures of -30 ° to +125 ° C. The entire electronics fits into the standard housings of the mechanical pressure switches hex 24 with integrated connector. This enables the automation of the production process and – as a result – an attractive price. The electronic components are currently available with the commercially available connectors DEUTSCH, AMP Superseal, MP 12x1, DIN and cable connection and can be adjusted to the desired switching point on site or as required by the user.
The “Performance” transmitters are also available for the pressure range from 0 to 100 bar and are provided with output signal 0 - 10 V or 4 - 20 mA. The technical versions include the above called integrated connectors, the stainless steel housing and the common thread G 1/4 E or NPT ¼. The "Performance" products can be delivered with the sealing materials NBR, EPDM or FKM according to requirements and application.
On its way to “Industry 4.0”, SUCO has invested a lot recently in planning and developing assembly machines ready for the fully automatic production in recent years in order to realize larger quantities with the help of sensor and robotic technology.This results in a very attractive price level for the electronic pressure switches. On the other hand, customer-specific solutions can be produced quickly and in a manner appropriate to the needs. The pressure switch components are tested for purity, tightness and compressive strength during the entire assembly process, which ensures a consistently high quality, that is one key competency of SUCO.
