- You have a solid technical education and training (engineer, master craftsman) in the field of mechanical and electrical engineering / electronics as well as several years of management experience in the field of assembly / production
- Knowledge and practical experience in the field of automation would be a plus

What to expect
- Independent management of the pressure monitoring department with approx. 50 employees, taking into account quality, efficiency, scheduling and cost aspects
- Permanent optimisation of the process organisation and work processes
- Authentic, convincing management and promotion of the subordinate employees, systematic personnel planning and participation in new hires Planning and implementation of automation solutions
